Is there really a need for this ministry?
More and more research is showing that prisons are increasing in population, and that several states are trying to deal with this situation.
The number of Americans in prisons has quadrupled over the past 4 decades*, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, and thesentencingproject.org.
As the prison populations in US are quickly increasing, the need for the good news of Jesus Christ to penetrate this areas of society is needed more than ever before. We not only look to preach the good news of Jesus, but are also willing to meet with anyone who wants to learn more about how they can become better fathers, husbands, etc. in our society at large.
